MagicWire® Asia Shipping Policy

At MagicWire® Asia, we are committed to delivering your Italian-crafted jewelry safely, quickly, and with the care it deserves. Because every piece is hand-finished in Italy and imported especially for you, we have designed a clear and transparent shipping policy.

Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Pre-order items: Shipped according to the estimated arrival date shown on the product page (usually 2–6 weeks from Italy).

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping as follows:

  • Hong Kong: Free on all orders (no minimum).
  • Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan & most Southeast Asian countries: Free on orders over HKD 1,500.
  • All other countries: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery where available.

Mixed In-Stock & Pre-Order Order

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items:
  • In-stock items will be shipped separately and first, so you can enjoy them as soon as possible.
  • Pre-order items will ship separately once they arrive from Italy.
  • You may request combined shipping (everything sent together) by contacting us at info@magicwire.asia before your in-stock items are processed. Please note this will delay the delivery of your in-stock pieces.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipping)

  • Hong Kong: 1–3 business days
  • Singapore & major Asian cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Asian countries: 5–12 business days
  • International (outside Asia): 7–15 business days (plus any customs clearance time)

International Orders & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid upon receipt.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@magicwire.asia with your order number. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
