PLACING AN ORDER
1. Where does MagicWire Asia ship? We ship to Hong Kong and most countries in Asia. International shipping to other regions is also available. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout based on your location.
2. Where do you ship from? All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
3. How long does delivery take? Because we order directly from our factory in Italy, online orders typically take 7–14 business days to reach you in Hong Kong/Asia. We are working to bring more stock locally to shorten this time in the future.
4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other popular local payment methods in Hong Kong and Asia. All payments are processed securely.
5. Do you have a physical store? Yes! You can visit our shop at: G/F, 211 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong We are also holding Trunk Shows at Joyce Pacific Place and Joyce Harbour City.
6. What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
OUR JEWELRY
1. Where is MagicWire jewelry made? All MagicWire jewelry is designed and handcrafted in Italy using premium 18kt gold and medical-grade titanium alloy.
2. What makes MagicWire jewelry “Fierce but Flexible”? Our signature pieces are made with a revolutionary shape-memory titanium alloy combined with 18kt gold. This makes them super lightweight, highly flexible, comfortable for all-day wear, and able to hold their shape perfectly.
3. Is the jewelry hypoallergenic? Yes. Our titanium alloy is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it ideal even for sensitive skin.
4. Do you offer a warranty? Yes. We provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
5. How do I care for my MagicWire jewelry? Our jewelry is water-resistant and tarnish-resistant. We recommend removing it before swimming in chlorinated water or using harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. See our Jewelry Care Guide for more tips.
6. Do you offer customization? Currently we do not offer custom sizing or personalization, but many of our pieces are designed for easy stacking, layering, and everyday styling.
7. Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes! We offer elegant gift wrapping for special occasions. You can select this option at checkout.
