Returns and Refunds

At MagicWire® Asia, we want you to love every piece you wear. Because our jewelry is handcrafted in Italy and imported especially for you, we’ve designed a clear, fair policy thatprotects both our high-quality pieces and your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your MagicWire® item must meet all of these conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition (no reshaping, bending, or signs of use)
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In its original packaging and protective pouch
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at info@magicwire.asia with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions.

3. Ship the item back to our Hong Kong return address (we will provide the exact address

in your approval email).

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process it promptly.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@magicwire.asia. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping with a prepaid label and make it right (replacement or full refund).

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different piece is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order. We are happy to assist with sizing or style recommendations.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, security, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any jewelry that has been worn or used
  • Earrings (pierced or clip-on)
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we will refund the original purchase amount to your payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact info@magicwire.asia.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel for any reason within 14 days of receipt. The same eligibility rules apply (unworn, original condition, tags, and packaging).
